Fix 1: Make sure you have not muted the sound

To make sure the volume is not muted but audible:

1. InWindows Media Player , move the slider of the volume control bar to at least half way up.

2. On the lower-right of your computer screen, click the sound icon and move the volume slider all the way to at least halfway up.

3. Play some music in Windows Media Player and see if the

Fix 2: Update your audio driver
